One surgery, one coordinated team
Extractions, bone grafting and implant placement are planned as a single pathway—so you are not piecing complex treatment together across separate clinics.

Inside Vinmec Da Nang International Hospital
Get dental implants, All-on-4 or All-on-6 planned with 3D imaging inside an international hospital—where IV sedation and general anesthesia are available for suitable cases after medical assessment.
Why hospital-based
Facing multiple extractions, bone grafting or a full-arch rebuild? Managing diabetes, a heart condition or blood thinners? Then where your surgery happens matters. At Vinmec Picasso, your dental plan is built inside an international hospital—where imaging, anesthesia and medical review come together around you, in one place.
Extractions, bone grafting and implant placement are planned as a single pathway—so you are not piecing complex treatment together across separate clinics.
If you are anxious, or facing a long procedure, IV sedation or general anesthesia can be assessed and delivered with the hospital anesthesia team.
Diabetes, heart conditions, blood thinners—your medical history is reviewed alongside the dental diagnosis before any surgery is confirmed.
CBCT imaging shows your bone, anatomy and intended final teeth first. No surgical pathway is confirmed until you have seen and understood it.

A coordinated team
Placing implants is the easy part. Getting the result you keep depends on restorative design, surgical judgment, anesthesia planning and an honest read of your medical history—decisions that should be made together, not in separate offices.
You start with a dental assessment and 3D imaging. If IV sedation or general anesthesia is on the table, the hospital team assesses whether it is right for you and walks you through preparation, monitoring and recovery—before anything is booked.

CBCT imaging and digital planning show your bone, your anatomy and your intended final teeth before an implant approach is proposed. And because you are inside a hospital, medical review and anesthesia support are part of the plan when your case requires them.
Six parts of a hospital-based implant pathway01 / Complex care pathway
Three-dimensional imaging maps your bone volume, tooth roots, nerves and sinuses—so implant decisions are based on your anatomy, not assumptions.
02 / Complex care pathway
All-on-4 may be recommended when most or all teeth in an arch are missing or cannot be predictably saved. The surgical and restorative phases are planned as one case, so you know the full sequence before it begins.
03 / Complex care pathway
All-on-6 uses six implants to support a full-arch restoration. It may be recommended when your anatomy, bite forces or restorative plan call for additional support—not because more is automatically better.
04 / Complex care pathway
Planning starts from the teeth you will live with: their position, your bite and long-term maintenance. Implant placement follows that plan, and digital records keep the surgical and restorative team working from the same one.
05 / Complex care pathway
If dental anxiety has kept you from treatment, or your procedure is long, IV sedation may be an option. It is assessed case by case and delivered with hospital anesthesia professionals—not improvised in a dental chair.
06 / Complex care pathway
For an appropriate patient and procedure, dental treatment can be coordinated under general anesthesia within Vinmec Hospital—a pathway a stand-alone dental clinic cannot offer.
Inside Vinmec
Picasso Dental operates inside Vinmec Da Nang International Hospital. For routine visits, that means a calm, modern clinic. For complex, medically sensitive or anesthesia-supported treatment, it means the infrastructure you need is already in the building.

Before treatment begins
How many implants? What will it cost? What if you need sedation? How long until your final teeth? Your written plan answers these before anything is scheduled—covering anatomy, health, anesthesia, timing, temporary teeth and long-term maintenance.
Your teeth, gums, bite and goals are examined first—including realistic alternatives to implants, where they exist.
Your bone, anatomy and the proposed restoration are evaluated in 3D before any implant surgery is proposed.
Your health conditions, current medication and previous treatment are factored into the plan—not discovered on surgery day.
Local anesthesia, IV sedation or general anesthesia is discussed openly, according to your case and your comfort.
Surgical stages, temporary teeth, recovery time, the final restoration and fees are set out in writing before you commit.
Reviews, hygiene and long-term maintenance are built into the plan from day one—not left as an afterthought.
Clinical principle
“The right treatment is surgically sound, medically appropriate and fully understood.”
No implant protocol or anesthesia option is confirmed until your dental and medical assessment is complete—and you have understood the plan.
